This week we worked on:
Beginning Blends- a game made by your student went home on Wednesday.
Missing Addend Problems in Math
Reading and Writing 3-Digit Numbers
Writing Conclusions for our Animal Books
Learned all about animal camouflage
Learned more ways to self-regulate our bodies
Nurse Hadley came in and taught us about Fire Safety and reviewed playground safety
Next week we will focus on:
Ending blends during word work
Add a table of contents and a glossary to our nonfiction animal books
Adding 3 numbers in an efficient way
Use doubles and partners of 10 to make adding more efficient
Learn about biomimicry and how we can use ideas from nature
Our UVM interns teaching more lessons on self regulation and animal adaptations
Nurse Hadley will teach our last health lesson for the year
