This week our students :
Selected an animal to research
Learned new ways to calm our minds and bodies
Searched for and collected -nk and -ng family words in our books (picture on our Blog)
Started our fractions unit and worked on ½
Celebrated the 100th day of school!!!!!
Learned interesting facts about Groundhogs, also known as Whistle Pigs :)
Used PebbleGo to research animals
Next week we will:
Start writing our animal reports
Learn more about plurals and suffixes
Add more fractions ¼ and ⅓
Make Valentine Card holders
Work on our mental math with Mrs. Roberge
